New website launched – November 2011

You may have noticed a few changes to the website! Though it doesn’t look vastly different, we have updated it to use a framework which allows us to keep it up to date more easily, and which will also support more browsers, including mobile devices, making the site much more useful.

The site also now offers an RSS feed, which allows you to get the latest news and updates delivered straight to your computer or mobile device, using an RSS reader such as Microsoft Outlook. Click on the link at the top of the right-hand side-bar to open the feed, and subscribe.

Another new feature is the ability to log in to the site to access members’ downloads and information. Currently membership is by invitation only while we make sure that it will all work as expected, but hopefully soon we will open it up to anyone to sign up.

We would welcome your comments on the site – what would you like to see on it? See the Contact page for ways to contact us.

We were also joined by the Cullompton Town Mayor, town councillors, and several other community figures. As it seems is the tradition for our birthday markets, we had sunshine for the whole morning!
