JANUARY 23rd FARMERS MARKET
Due to the evolving situation with Covid, particularly in the local area, the Farmers Market have reluctantly decided to cancel the 23rd January market with the next market currently scheduled as normal, 13th February
The latest Government guidelines clearly allow outdoor markets to trade in supplying essential goods as an alternative for customers. It also being acknowledged by health officials that the outdoor environment coupled with controllable Covid restrictions is low risk and a reasonable alternative way to shop at the moment. It is also a lifeline to support our local traders.
However, in our area there has been an increase in Covid cases and some of our traders are reluctant to attend the next market and we don’t wish to attract the negative publicity of our last market.
We are however offering a Food Box scheme as run last summer and details of this will be published and is a way to support our existing customers and enable some small income with our existing traders
Thank you
